Please provide the following when sending models:

1. Pinned / separated working model on plastic articulator.
2. Trim dies with a “subtle” slope beneath the margin. No marked margins. No sealer or spacer.
3. Any undercuts or bubbles should only be blocked out with scanning wax.
4. When sending large cases, please provide a pre-op or diagnostic wax up.
5. Lab prescription printed from our website that is “completely” filled out.
